Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 48-Hour Notice Because facility lane time must be reserved in advance, cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before a session will incur a $25 facility rental fee.
• No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee.
• Modifications Sessions can be easily rescheduled or canceled using the links provided in your automated booking confirmation email.
• Emergencies We understand that true emergencies and severe weather happen. Exceptions to this policy are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
